Mold Method
All products of E.O.S are produced
by Casting Mold Method.
It is a method of producing contact lens using molds in the form of both sides of a lens.
Place the raw materials in an outer mold, and then place the upper mold on it to make a shape of the lens.
It is recognized as the most complicated and fine method of contact lens production to make safe and comfortable products.
Products manufactured with a stabilized casting mold method have very low probability of errors and inconsistencies in manufacturing, so it delivers excellent optical functionality and its smooth surface will provide users comfortable feelings while wearing contact lenses.
Color contact lenses of E.O.S are manufactured
by printing pigments onto upper
molds prior to process.
With leading-edge technology of E.O.S., a thin raw material membrane is coated, before printing pigments onto upper molds. It prevents direct contact of the pigment to the cornea and making the eyes more comfortable and healthier.
